Yard Life

Technology

AI robotics, with people still making the calls.

Yard Life's model puts robots on the heavy, manual, and repetitive work, and keeps technicians on site. The creative and quality decisions stay human. This page describes the launch plan, not a count of machines already in the field.

Robots

The heavy and repetitive work

Robots take the loads, the manual labor, and the passes you would otherwise repeat all season. That is the job they are in the model to do.

Technicians

On the property, with the machines

Yard Life technicians bring the robots to the site, run the visit, and maintain and service the equipment. The machines do not arrive on their own.

Human decisions

Creative and quality calls

People decide the creative direction and whether the work meets the bar. The look of the yard is not handed off to a robot.

What a visit is planned to look like

  1. Step 1

You tell us about the property

The quote form asks for the address, the work, the rough size, and whether you want a lease or the service. Sending it asks a person to reply. It does not book a visit.

  2. Step 2

    We reply with a quote

Prices, what is included, and timing are not published on this site. They come back by email, for that property.

  3. Step 3

    A technician brings the robots

On a scheduled visit, a Yard Life technician brings the equipment, runs it, and is responsible for maintaining and servicing it.

  4. Step 4

    A person checks the quality

Creative direction and the quality bar stay with people. A robot does not decide that the yard is finished.
